It's almost September!

Wow! Time really flies fast when we are busy. It's almost September!!!

We moved into our own house on 27 June as scheduled and begin our journey of living on our own as a family. 2 months had passed and I am exhausted. Exhausted from the traveling to and fro everyday as well as the countless housework that I need to do. Till today, we have yet to finish unpacking all our stuff.

However, we had already entertained our families and two groups of friends to celebrate this new place together.

This was how the living room looked like without the curtains.

We had our first steamboat together for the first time. Too much food and too little rice for the three of us.

Finally with the curtains on after two to three weeks. Thank God for Titus who saw my photo on FB and knew that we needed curtains. He contacted me and offered to give us at cost price. However, we decided to bless him and gave him more than he quoted us. Blessed beyond measures.

Here's the first group of friends that came over. They bought crabs over to celebrate hubby's birthday!

Then with hubby's family. As usual, we did not take a group photo together. We celebrated National Day and watched the national day parade together.

Here's the second group of sweet friends that came. In order not to increase my housework, they had their lunch before coming over to have drinks and desserts. Stella bought an atas cake over.

My dearest sisters in Christ at workplace.

There's just so much fun and laughter with them around.

And how has the little one been coping? I think she enjoys running around the house with lots of toys she can play with.

Every morning we wake up at about 5 plus or 6am and send her to mum's place. On most days she will continue to sleep during the journey and at mum's place. Once in while, she will be wide awake during the car ride.

Thank You, Jesus for giving us a beautiful home we can call our own. Thank You for all the blessings and please continue to bless our home and be with us. I pray that Your presence will fill our house and be with us 24/7.
